Denver Public Schools board has given the given the green light for creation of the city’s first charter high school that will focus on business education, according to a story from the Denver Business Journal.

The University of Colorado’s Presidential Search Committee wants to know what Colorado Springs residents think CU’s next president should be like.

Webster University gets $10 million gift

St. Louis-based nonprofit Webster University, which has two campuses in Colorado Springs, has received a $10 million donation from former U.S. Ambassador George H. Walker III.
The gift is the largest single donation in Webster’s 92-year history.

CSAP results a blow to economic development

Reports today that Colorado’s K-12 schools aren’t making progress do not bode well for the state’s economic development efforts.
