Accellos acquires software company

<p>Accellos Inc. of Colorado Springs has acquired Prophesy Transportation Solutions, Inc. based in Connecticut. Prophesy develops trucking software solutions for truckload carriers, brokers and private fleets.</p><p>Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.</p><p>The locally based provider of logistics, warehouse, transportation and mobile resource management software announced the purchase after landing $28.5 million in venture capital last month.</p>
