Kosley steps down as Downtown Partnership director

Beth Kosley has resigned from her 14-year position as executive director of the Downtown Partnership to take a job director of Woodland Park’s economic development office and downtown development authority.

Classic Homes Vice President and Downtown Partnership board member Ron Butlin will serve as interim director for one year.
