State foreclosure growth rate lower than last year’s

Colorado’s foreclosure rate might be slowing down.
The Colorado Department of Housing released a report this week that shows foreclosure rates are down compared to last year in a number of counties and in the state overall.
Colorado has experienced a 16 percent growth rate so far this year.
