Airport business park gets name, enplanements up in May

Colorado Springs Airport Deputy Aviation Director John Faulkner has confirmed that the Colorado Springs Airport Business Park will be called Cresterra.
The airport’s master developer, Corporate Office Properties Trust, also plans to use three additional names to cover industrial, office and golf course development on the 250-acre parcel.

Home prices fall nationwide—Denver market strengthens

The S&P/Case-Shiller home price index for May declined 15.8 percent from the year earlier. The index surveys home prices in 20 major metropolitan areas, including Denver.
