And this without the fear of customers being assaulted or otherwise driven off by what has become the primary attraction downtown: Happy Hour... Now, if their customers can effectively dodge the city's zealous parking patrol... I am glad to hear that the wonderful Zerbe Jewelers is moving - to a spot where they can now stay open after dark, even during Christmas Week!
