Traffic switching sides on Cimarron Bridge tomorrow

Construction crews will switch traffic to the north side of the Cimarron Bridge tomorrow.
The shift will allow crews to complete architectural railing, lighting and landscaping on the south side of the bridge.
Police will be present to enforce a 25 mph speed limit, and fines will be doubled.
