The Patterson Group re-launches

Kevin and Bud Patterson, the former owners of Prudential Professional Realtors, have sold their interest in the company and have re-launched The Patterson Group and moved into a new office at 3470 Centennial Blvd.
During the 20 years that the Pattersons were part of the Prudential system, they grew the business from a 20-agent company to more than 165 real estate agents and 3 offices, ranking in the top 250 brokerages in North America and the top 50 in the Prudential system.
But, now the Pattersons are returning to their roots as an independent local real estate brokerage, specializing in the luxury market.
