Holland & Hart merges with Nevada firm

The law firm of Holland & Hart has acquired the Nevada law firm of Hale, Lane, Peek, Dennison and Howard.
The combination will result in a total of 63 attorneys in Nevada, and the firm will use the name Holland & Hart LLP and have offices in Reno, Carson City and Las Vegas.
The announcement comes after Holland & Hart expanded its services into Nevada in 2006.
Holland & Hart now has 415 attorneys in seven western states, Nevada, Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Utah and Washington D.C.
