Ent Federal Credit Union is expanding its Denver footprint by merging with U.S. Alliance Credit Union.
The merger will be official May 31, and data and service operations will be converted by June 1. The deal gives Ent three additional branches – two in downtown Denver and one in Firestone.
“This gives us a foothold in an area where we have been chartered to serve since 2004,” said James Moore, Ent’s senior vice president.
USACU has $63 million in assets. Ent has $2.4 billion in assets.
The expanded credit union will retain the name Ent Federal Credit Union.
