Overnight Woodmen detours next week

Woodmen Road will be closed at Powers Boulevard from between 9 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. from Sunday, May 18 through Friday, May 23 for bridge work.
Eastbound traffic on Woodmen will be detoured south on Austin Bluffs to Dublin Boulevard, east to Powers, then north to the temporary off-ramp back to Woodmen Road.
Westbound traffic on Woodmen Road will be detoured north at the new northbound on-ramp to Powers to Research Parkway, west to Austin Bluffs, then south to Woodmen Road.
Colorado State Patrol officers and flaggers will be onsite to help direct traffic during the closure.
Also, the speed limit on Powers has been reduced from 50 mph to 40 mph and 45 to 35 mph on Woodmen during the construction period.
