Corporate Office Properties Trust just announced that it has leased 73,000 square feet to one new and one expanding company.

Plasmon LMS, Inc. has leased 44,000 square feet of office/industrial space at 9925 Federal Drive in the 54,000-square-foot InterQuest Hybrid II building. Plasmon will move from its current location on the ArrowsWest campus off Garden of the Gods Road this spring.

ITT Corporate Systems Division signed a lease to occupy the entire building at 655 Space Center Drive in the Patriot Park VI building, which lies within the Patriot Park campus in the city’s southeast submarket.

ITT had previously leased 75,000 square feet in the 104,000-square-foot building but will take occupancy of the entire Patriot Park VI building by June.
