Banning Lewis Ranch and Classic Communities at Flying Horse will be the two main sites for this year’s Parade of Homes, presented by the Housing and Building Association of Colorado Springs on Aug. 8-24.

Among the participating homebuilders at Banning Lewis Ranch are Classic Homes and Capital Pacific Homes which, together, will include six fully decorated models. The new entries will join 20 existing furnished model homes developed by Classic Homes, Capital Pacific Homes, Todays Homes and John Laing Homes.

Classic Communities at Flying Horse will appeal to the upwardly mobile or executive buyer. The site will include seven homes; one built by Vantage Homes and priced under $1 million at the Village at Saratoga, as well as six Toscano homes ranging in price from $1.2 million to $4.4 million.

Roger Hukle, president of Classic’s Flying Horse Signature Homes described this year’s event as full of “firsts,” including the first Parade home featuring Disney Corp.-approved furnishings and décor in partnership with Drexel Heritage.
