SBA loan offer to Ordway fire victims
Published April 30, 2008 by CSBJ Staff
The U. S. Small Business Administration is offering low-interest disaster loans to residents and businesses affected by the Ordway fire.
By declaring a disaster, the action makes SBA assistance available. The SBA responded to a request from Gov. Bill Ritter.
The loans are available in the counties of Crowley, El Paso, Kiowa, Lincoln, Otero and Pueblo.
“Low-interest federal disaster loans are available to homeowners, renters, businesses of all sizes and private, non-profit organizations whose property was damaged or destroyed by the Ordway Fire,” said Greg Lopez, SBA’s Colorado district director.
