Bidlack to announce CD5 candidacy

BIDLACK
Retired Lt. Col. Hal Bidlack will announce his candidacy for the House of Representatives 5th Congressional District at noon tomorrow at the Penrose Library downtown.
Bidlack has spent more than 25 years with the Air Force as a nuclear weapons systems instructor and professor at the Air Force Academy. He is a former military police officer. He has served in both the White House and State Department.
