Court of Appeals judge finalists selected

Three candidates have been nominated to fill an upcoming vacancy on the Colorado Court of Appeals.
The vacancy will be created by the retirement of the Hon. José D.L. Márquez, effective March 31.
Nominees are the Hon. Angela Arkin, Nancy Lichtenstein and David Richman. They were selected by the commission during meetings in Denver on March 11 and 12.
Under the Colorado Constitution, the governor has 15 days from March 12 to appoint one of the nominees.
