Talbot’s to stay, Sharper Image to go

The Promenade Shops at Briargate received some good news and some bad news so far this year.
Talbot’s, an upscale women’s clothing store, has decided to close 78 men’s and children’s stores, but the Colorado Springs outlet will remain open.
The Sharper Image, on the other hand, has fallen victim to bankruptcy reorganization and is one of 96 stores set to close this year.
