		<description>For a better shot at success, you have to change those resolutions from "wishes" to "goals".  Goals are specific, measurable, and have target dates.  Put them on paper and post them where you will see them at least twice a day.  The bathroom mirror is great because you see your goals the first thing in the morning and the last thing at night.  Reading them outloud helps imprint them on your subconscious.  Try it.........</description>
