Gas prices up 13 cents in two weeks

The average national price for gasoline rose about 13 cents during the last two weeks, according to a Lundberg and Associates survey released yesterday.
The average price of regular gasoline on Friday was $3.09 a gallon. Mid-grade was $3.21, and premium was $3.32.
