IRS has $110 Million in unclaimed returns

The Internal Revenue Service is looking for 115,478 taxpayers who are due refund checks worth about $110 million.
The checks were mailed but returned as undeliverable.
The refund checks, averaging about $950 each, can be claimed as soon as taxpayers update their addresses with the IRS. Some taxpayers have more than one check waiting.

Commercial investments grow 3.4 % in third quarter

The level of outstanding commercial and multifamily mortgage debt grew by 3.4 percent during the second quarter of this year, according to the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Federal Reserve Board Flow of Funds data.
The 3.4 percent increase brings the total debt to about $3.1 trillion, an increase of $103.8 billion from the first quarter.
