Gary Hart to speak in the Springs

Former U.S. Senator Gary Hart will be in Colorado Springs Nov. 7 to speak about security in the 21st century.
The presentation is part of the El Pomar Foundation’s Forum for Civic Advancement, which seeks to engage those interested in civic involvement or those who serve or would like to serve in elected positions.
Hart’s presentation, “Under the Eagle’s Wing: Security in the 21st Century American Republic” will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the Penrose House, 1661 Mesa Ave.
The forum is a partnership between El Pomar and experienced figures in Colorado politics.
