Economic census forms on the way

About 9,700 Colorado Springs-area businesses will receive 2007 Economic Census forms in December.
Federal law requires all businesses that receive the forms to respond.
The forms must be returned to the U.S. Census Bureau by Feb. 12.
The census, taken every five years, develops a portrait of national and local American business.
