State efficiency review suggestions to save $90 million

Gov. Bill Ritter’s administration has begun implementing recommendations from the Government Efficiency and Management Performance Review.
The $750,000 study is expected to pay for itself many times over, thanks to savings that will be realized from hundreds of “common sense suggestions” that came from state employees. Among them:
