Best Of party with Sky Sox a hit

About 150 people showed up at Security Service Field yesterday afternoon to celebrate the Colorado Springs Business Journal’s Best Of 2007 party.
Each year, Business Journal readers are asked to vote for their favorite businesses, and this year about 100 businesses took top honors as the “best of ” in several different categories.
The Business Journal also donated $3,600 to a fund for Rai Henniger, senior vice president of the Sky Sox who was seriously injured during a fireworks explosion May 12.
Partiers were invited to stay afterhours and watch the Sky Sox take on the Iowa Cubs.
